FlushTrack Low-Threshold Bifold Door

A folding system reviewed around a reduced transition, adjacent floor build-ups and water management.

Custom product. Final order requires approved dimensions, structure and an accepted order document.

Why it fits

Low-threshold bifold, configured around the project.

FlushTrack starts with the interior and exterior elevations, drainage plane, exposure and accessibility goal. A lower transition can change water resistance, recess details and site drainage, so the sill cannot be selected from appearance alone.

  • Low transition review
  • Recessed-track coordination
  • Drainage planning
  • Floor-finish alignment

Questions about low-threshold bifold systems

Can this folding system be built to my opening?

Submit the opening width, height, panel preference, stacking direction, threshold, glass, finish and site conditions. The complete configuration is checked against panel, hardware, glass, structural and manufacturing limits before a quote is released.

Should I provide rough-opening or finished-frame dimensions?

Label the measurement type explicitly. A rough opening, masonry opening, finished opening and desired unit size are not interchangeable. Include interior and exterior photos plus the header, jamb and sill conditions.

Is installation included?

Product-only and installation-assisted scopes can both be reviewed. Installation depends on the project ZIP, structural opening, waterproofing, access, permit scope and current qualified coverage.
